The office is in old town Lewisville sharing the building with Alison Grant law office -- which is directly opposite to Bridal Boutique.  When you come by Exit 452 of I35E, you would pass Medical Center of Lewisville and get to the second traffice light (Charles junction).  Get ready to park along Main OR turn right on Charles, left on Elm, left on Poydras to get to the parking at the back.  The address is: 142 W.Main St, LEWISVILLE, TX 75057  if you hit Mill St. you'd have gone too far.
